The menu has a variety of options, but I went for the California Burger, and it did not disappoint. Juicy, perfectly cooked patty and the soft, toasted bun tied it all together. The fries were crisp and golden--just how I like them! The vibe? Casual and clean, with friendly service that made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back for round two (and maybe to try the other burgers!).

Hook burger has amazing food! I ordered a burger as a lettuce wrap and it was delicious! They gave me a chipotle sauce I believe and they had the best pickles I have ever tasted! The girl taking my order was very patient because I had a lot of questions! The ambience is cute and you can just sit and chitchat while you eat!

Wish they had more or even any in the valley really! They closed the one in Woodland Hills and replaced it for a Starbucks (as if we don't have any). This one is a bit of a drive for us but we were in the area so we picked up some lunch! Can never go wrong with this place. Love how soft their buns are and the amount of Caramelized onions they put in this!! We always go for the classic Hook Burger with their Trio which is fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Perfect for sharing like they advertise and always super delicious. Pretty big parking lot in this shopping center but it gets reeeeeeally busy. It's almost tough to find parking honestly. Yes this is a great place for veggie black bean burgers! They're packed w taste so I recommend that. I wanted to tell you a little story as well... So every two weeks, I have to drop off some cash through a mail slot. I invariably forget the damned envelope. This has been going on all year and so I will desperately ask different shop owners and people do you have an envelope? Even if it's marked up, even if it looks bad and some people are willing to help me, & most don't have any envelopes whatsoever, which is hard to believe because everyone gets mail. Well, when I finally find someone who has an envelope, I'm so grateful lol I asked the girl behind the register and she said they didn't have any of those, but she looked completely uninterested in helping me as well. I asked DONT YOU get mail? I was suspicious that you couldn't find an envelope which I thought was totally bogus. I suddenly had a feeling and followed it. I asked to speak to her manager and the woman, the manager, with a great big smile and didn't even skip a beat, easily whipped out an envelope for me - a nice big one white one and with nothing on - that's what you call service with a smile! I told her I would write a great review for her & she laughed in appreciation, because that very thing tells you a lot about a person when you're desperate for something and no one helps...of course it tells you a lot about the unhelpful cashier too!

My brother tried this restaurant a month ago, and he insisted to come back with me to try it again. I was wrong in giving this place a low score. The food is good, and I really liked my turkey burger.

Decided to stop by as I was dropping off someone at the Bob Hope Burbank Airport. I sat outside because the weather was real nice. BBQ Chicken Salad and a side of Fries. The salad had cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, black beans ,and crispy noodles I really enjoy the extra sauce they placed on the side. The BBQ sauce tasted better with the salad than the fries.
